hes actually been playing bad since Christmas, i think in the dallas game he shot 9 for 27. Thats bad and not mvp worthy, he better get his act together. Nobody should be making mvp videos for him or chanting mvp at the games untill he starts playing like his usual self.

For me, and not only for me, he is having a MVP season. NOW he is fighting against his back.. so slow down, and we must wait for him at 100%.

Playing bad since Christmas? Rose is the only player in the NBA thats top 10 in ppg and apg. AND most importantly the team is winning. ROSE is doing the MOST with LESS and thats why he's a legit MVP candidate. No boozer for the first month and a half of the season and than now no Joakim until after all star break. And yet, ROSE has the BULLS 1 game behind LBJ/WADE/BOSH, and 3 games behind the CELTS....and those 2 teams were both beat by the Rose's bulls AFTER christmas. SUCKA!!!

I dont get how he's having a bad month when he's avg 25 ppg and 9apg and leading a banged up team to a 17-4 record after xmas. His shooting % is down but thats because no one create on a regular basis. Don't give HEAT and Celts excuses. They still have more talent on their roster than the bulls had in both games. Look at our starting 5 vs. their starting 5. Even without LBJ or KG, they still are dangerous teams. he's ft % is at 81. The past month he's been hoovering around 85%.

If you want to see a player shoot 50% every night go watch 6'11" dwight howard man. Yea, Drose is having a bad shooting MONTH, but don't say he's over rated and not a MVP candidate because he's shooting in the low 40's in 1 month. You're totally disregarding what he's done until now. Like I mentioned, if deng can stop dissapearing offensively in the 2nd half (when it counts the most) and korver can stop being so streaky, than rose would obviously wouldnt have to shoot so much.

@casey8155 i never said he wasnt having an mvp season, the whole point of this argument is that he doesnt deserve mvp chants nor videos right now since hes been playing so terrible. and that game was 9-28 with 4 TOs and scored 27 points. thats less than a point per shot...thats worst than loul deng you dont see loul deng getting mvp chants. And all those mvp chants from the UC are band wagon rose fans that water down the "mvp" chanting. i mean hes playing terrible and they still chant mvp.
