I have put over 3,000 miles on my rowbike, while there is a learning curve, they are not that hard to ride. The steering is by cables running in the frame of the bike and is sure and solid. I have abs so well hard and defined you can grate garlic on them! So don't knock the product unless you have been on it, I love mine
the guy who invented this also invented the roller blade. He's my uncle, and the rowbikes really great, hes working on a lot of new stuff, he even has this thing called a Sky Bike, its just a prototype, but its a rowbike hanging on a track for blind people and stuff.
it looks really interesting but is it dangerous to ride? it looks dangerous, how do you stop? how do you take a sharp turn? can u fall off easily if the rowing mechanism locks up for some reason? looks dangerous but fun
Well Olie the Goalie said he would call me back and take my order for a rowbike, but he sure must be busy, its been 4 hours and no call. Guess I will have to order my majic used Rowbike on EBAY.. Need the bike for intense Cardio Rehab.

These bikes have very limited range of motion compared to rowing. It also encourages rushing your slide since the rider faces forward.

With all the checks necessary on bolts, cords, chain, derailers, etc it would be best
to make sure riders wear a helmut, wrist protection, elbow pads, and knee pads, sturdy shoes and more..
