@TheSmexygurl14 , try just smiling at him , i see how it be scary to give someone specially that u like or are attracted to eye contact i have the same problem, my method of avoiding eye contact is to look at their mouth , this to some might seem stupid, but i say at least ur looking at his face , instead of the floor.

It depends on how much you say it. Many people do it and it ain't that much a problem. Just listen to Barrack Obama. When he has to speak without paper he says "err" and "um" a lot. Don't feel bad about it. And why would you never have the confidence to ask out a girl you like?

This didn't help me at all. When I say i'm shy, I mean presenting a project in front of my class or school. ( I get picked for a lot of things like Class President or something like that. If you are an introvert its very simple to become an extrovert, just stop focusing on yourself and focus on everyone around you, what they say, what they do, judge them and not yourself, by getting to know everyone around you, you have the power to pick who you like and dont like, and those you like, just keep getting to know them.
