Basically, an automated attachable turret system for mobile vehicles, which it utilizes a radar to activate and vaporize incoming objects. I'm guessing it calculates the speed of the incoming object almost instantly to to identify if it is a threat.

Make the radar's field vastly bigger and you could put a force field around a building housing a huge energy supply. Place automated turrets with laser technology on the roof.The laser turrets could vaporize bullets, planes, missiles, etc..

i think basicly when a missile is going toward the tank, the tank's radar detects the missile, finds where it is, and shoots something at it to make it explode in midair before it reaches the tank. its kinda like what oby-won-kunoby always does when guided missiles are after his ship

It always invents new wars to keep its military active, and thus justify spending astronomical amounts of taxpayers' dollars on such causes, instead of education or healthcare. Think back and try to find a period in time when US was not involved in some war somewhere. How is it that everyone else is bad guys, while this one belligerent is always the good guy? we have the power supply but its to heavy to be carried on an infantry unit or somthing. if they were to create 1 they woul have to use the hydrogen bombs same source of energy and if that soldier or thing happens to get shot he basicly puting whatevers around him in danger it will basicly be carrying around a hydrogen bomb so i dont think the U.S. military would like that.
