  • This video is giving out false information. There is NO "lower abs" or "upper abs" its all just one muscle that works as one. For example: if you have a six pack, and want an 8 pack, you dont just do "lower ab excercises," You just need to burn off more fat, and tour 8 pack will show.

  • i worked out in the gym for MAAAANY MANY years... i always rationalised excuses like "its healthy!!!! good for people!". the truth i always neglected ws, it was for approval, like everybody else. i completely quit working out and fter like a month all years of building muscles = back to skinny little indian looking me! :) i went through depression when i quit working out, but after a while i was happier, not wasting my precious time doing useless fucking shit

  • It's important to note that if this feels too uncomfortable for people, you can rest the back of your hips/lower back on your hands and then do the leg lifts. It accomplishes the same thing, but gives you somewhat of a cushion for your spine.

  • Lol abs, what a joke. Abs are made in the kitchen. Do core workouts, take your multis, and lift heavy. Notice how you rarely see people deadlift heavy at the gym? Notice how these people also have average physiques? Put two and two together.

  • Guys I notice alot of you are doing this wrong. When you go down, your feet are not supposed to touch the ground. Its alot harder and you'll feel it almost right away. Thumbs up so people can see this!

  • The video is very informative in exercising your lower abs. I think it is very helpful for us beginners. But still a good and an efficient diet should also be needed in order to loose fats fast. I do know a link of a site that offers workout plans that would help you achieve the lean muscular looks that most of guys wanted.   • @betamega17 The 1st thing you have to do is to lose your belly fast, not to only do crunches or anything like that, it wont help. You have to combine the other exercises too. I mean burn more calories that you take into your body. You can research for more details. Its just my opinion :)

    Indeed i have a six pack (not ripped) but it's kinda hard to see it without tightening my stomach muscles :/

    I want it more visible so i don't need to tightening my muscles to see my six pack, but how am i supposed to do that? :o

  • The lower part of the stomach is the most challenging part of the six pack and it is also the hardest to make visible.
