wait a second, I got a question on the specs...

I hear that when you buy this laptop, you only get 512 MB of ram from the motherboard. Did you already have the 1 GB ram when you bought (and unboxing) it or did you upgrade it after this vid?

I bought it stock with 1GB. 512MB is soldered onto the MB, but there's another slot where you can swap it out for a MAXIMUM total of 1.5gb on the machine.

wait so you upgraded the RAM yourself or did they do it for you? it takes quite a while to install the RAM on that thing and i hear it takes out the warranty on it lol

The Atom holds up great. Torrents don't matter, hardly any CPU is used when I have uTorrent on.

I haven't tried WoW on it, but many people say it runs excellent (decent FPS). It can also play CS 1.6 very well.

it will depend on what you do with it, just normal browsing web and writing emails will be 4.5-5.5 hours, gaming and hardcore computing will probubly be 4-5 hours

yuwing, you get the 6 cell with only 120gb there in Canada?We'll get it with 160gb in U.S..Thats huge on a netbook,double the size of the Wind.

RK, the battery probably stick out a bit right.But does the bigger battery also fill in that gap between the screen and KB?It looks like it does but the video is kinda dark.That would make sense and would look better.

Yeah, the battery protrudes a bit, but it acts as a barrier for that space under the screen (keep idiots' fingers from getting pinched lol).

White doesn't look anywhere as good as blue to tell you the truth ;)

It's not that bad at fingerprints (blue). Just watch out for the screen bezel,that's all. You won't be disappointed with this lappy.

i wanted to get the white one at first. then saw the blue and basically fell in love with it. good thing the xp, 6 cell version is blue. but i heard that it's a fingerprint magnet! (more so than white since it's more visible)

Mine is around 30 seconds. BTW, it takes like 1.5 hours to charge from 1% to 100. The 6 cell lasts me 7 hours with Wireless LAN on as well. Did you order the exact same one?

yeah i ordered the same one with xp, 6 cell, 1 gig ram, 120 gig harddrive. i'm in toronto, so it's going to arrive at my house by monday lol.

can't wait to fool around with it. 1.5 hour is crazy... super fast.
