In 2010, they refused to become border Guard Force(BGF), and then State Peace and Development Council(SPDC) force them to do so. In 2010, KIA ready to fight. If SPDC attack them, they will fight. Kachin always wanting to be a winner. Kachin army KIA is the second strongest revolution group in Burma. One more thing, kachin shouldn't be give up .
