The eastern champion will end up with a better record just like the Sabres did last year but can they win in a 7 game series in May/June against one of the monster teams in the West? We'll see.

I'm a Canuck fan, and I have criticism for the Refs and for our players. Loungo did an amazing job, and both the Duck goals were controversial- One was scored while there were Ducks in the crease, and the other was an elbow right to our player's head. Then you have to luck at lousy our players were-- NOTHING until 10 minutes left in the third, ok in the first OT, then we just sat and watched it for the second OT. Our players, and the refs, both could have done a hell of a lot better!
Luongo played well in Game 5 when none of his team mates gave any effort. But he gave up 5 GOALS in Game 1. GPG/W for the series was a horrible 3.0/1. Giguere outplayed him wih 1.4/4. Ducks can play fats. They can play big. They can play D. They can score. And they can fight if they have to.

Bring on Hasek and the RedWings. Now we have to listen to how great Hasek is while Giguere outplays him like he did Luongo.

1- The hit was clean (pure and simple); Luongo didn't pay attetion to the puck
2- The ducks owned the canucks in this series in EVERY aspects of the game, the canucks fans are just to sore losers to see this
3- My favorite team is the red wings (and I'm canadian) and they did ALOT better than against the ducks (and lost that series)

The comments from Canucks fans reveal one thing: They dont know as much about hockey as they think they do. Anaheim DOMINATED this series. If they knew hockey as much as they claim they do, there would be none of these crybaby excuses. Canucks give upn 63 shots on goal and all Canucks fans can whine about is one phantom elbow by Rob Niedermeyer. Luongo screwed up for one second. That explains one goal. Watch Game 4. The refs tries to GIVE one to Vancouver and you STILL lost.Ducks are far superior. You're lucky made the playoffs. The Ducks are one of the top 4 teams in the NHL (Sabres, Sharks, Ducks, Redwings). Canucks arent even in the same league.

I'm a Canuck fan, and I have criticism for the Refs and for our players. Loungo did an amazing job, and both the Duck goals were controversial- One was scored while there were Ducks in the crease, and the other was an elbow right to our player's head. Then you have to luck at lousy our players were-- NOTHING until 10 minutes left in the third, ok in the first OT, then we just sat and watched it for the second OT. Our players, and the refs, both could have done a hell of a lot better!

Luongo played well in Game 5 when none of his team mates gave any effort. But he gave up 5 GOALS in Game 1. GPG/W for the series was a horrible 3.0/1. Giguere outplayed him wih 1.4/4. Ducks can play fats. They can play big. They can play D. They can score. And they can fight if they have to.

i was at this game. it was a really good game. it was a tough one...luongo messed it up for his whole team..he wasent paying any attention to that last play in 2nd ot. i congrats him though for blocking like 4 out of 61 shots on goal. &im a huge duck fan...but i think he did good except for the last play he should of just focused on where the puck was.

Ok, I want to say right now, this "canucksallday" person, is just a kid in denial, he doesn't speak for Canadian hockey fans, he speaks for Vancouver Canuck hockey fans. The only thing that kept this series from being being a sweep was a lucky Jeff Cowan goal where Giggy just lost the post a little and it snuck in. Rob Neidermayer's hit was amazing and it was fitting that it was that hit that ended it, Pahlsson, Moen and Robbie were incredible in that series.

Canucks LOST 4-1. Canucks were outscored 15-7. Sedin's were dominated by Moen-Pahlsson-Niedermeyer line. Canucks score ONE power play goal in the entire series. Even Luongo, who everyone claims is God, was outplayed by Giguere: Giguere-1.4 GPG 4 Wins Luongo-3.0 GPG, 1 Win. This wasnt even close. It was slaughter of epic proportions. Bring on Hasek and the RedWings. Now we have to listen to how great Hasek is while Giguere outplays him like he did Luongo.

I celebrate toe Ducks victory but have to say that Roberyo Luongo's performance may be the greatest single performance Ive seen by a goaltender in my lifetime since Jim Craig beat the Russiaons in 1980 when I was a little kid. Truly amazing and I feel for the guy. Good luck next year.

Anaheim has had 31 consecutive sellouts. If The NHL buys up huge blocks of tickets during the playoffs and gives them to corporations, NHL dignitaries, celebs, etc. Obnoxious Canucks fans always say that but Ill tell you this: I was at Game 4 in Vancouver and there were a lot of EMPTY SEATS for the same reason. Luongo is awesome but without him, this game ends 10-1.

Nonsense. I thought Canuckleheads were supposed to understand hockey. With 63 shots on goal, you can expect to score 6-10 times. If Sabourin and Brzgalov were in net, and Canucks were out shot 63-27, as they were, this game is easily 10-1.
