Mel C screwed up and its kind of hilarious, but they are singing live over the track, and it sounds loud here compared to other performances. Speaking of which, listen to some of those. You will hear them screw up, but at least you know it's live and that they have the guts to actually perform that way.

It sounds almost identical to the CD.
And in their other songs they're usually a little bit out of tune, in this one, the pitch is almost perfect.
I'm one of the biggest spice fans, but we have to be honest.
If they're not completely lip-synching, they're at least singing on top of a track.
