@mzdirdybirdy You gotta admit though, that J-Lo did a good job in playing the part of Selena. She DID make it feel, in the movie, as though she WAS Selena. It's been to date her ONLY BIG role, but maybe it was the one she was meant for. Afterall, there are still a lot of people out there that still wonder how Selena came to speak and sing in English so well and so quickly, not realizing she was born in America. But does it really matter? She was an excellent performer, and loved ALL her fans.
