Hey, nice editing job. What program did you use and how did you do that? It was prety clever. Very impressive

I used Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5. After I selected the faces, cut them out in photoshop, and gave them a green screen, I imported them into Premiere, and manually had to position and wobble them frame by frame (or so). Took about 20 hours. The hardest part was masking Cheney's entrance shot behind the two guys walking in front of him. I had to cut their faces out in photoshop and reanimate them over the originals and Cheney's face. 20 hours total time.
