Hilarious! It's not like they're all Bacon vehicles (i.e. "Kevin Bacon movies") - ANIMAL HOUSE was his first tiny role. It's like you've just put up movies that Kevin Bacon has BEEN in, mixing in all the crap (HOLLOW MAN) with the quality (APOLLO 13). It's surely not the "best" movies he's been in, nor the "best Kevin Bacon movies." I'm guessing they're just movies you've SEEN that you happen to notice Kevin Bacon IN.

I agree with mccurtis64. The Air Up There is one of his finest works. I would also have "Taking Chance" in my top 5. But I can not argue with your top two at all. And I think Mr. Bacon was robbed of an Oscar for his peformance in Mystic River. He was the most compelling figure in an incredible cast. Good post though. Keep 'em coming!

Kevin Bacon plays the best villain! "The River Wild" is his strongest performance. He made his character so charismatically evil! Best line: "Hello in the canoe!" I thought "Stir of Echoes" was another good example of Bacon. "Mystic River" was by far the best film he has been a part of but not his strongest role.
