how do u legit build a mob spawner mine isnt working. its 30 blocks up and a big dark room with a hole in the bottom and a collection area below the hole but no mobs are spwning there. what am i doin wrong? Any advice at all will be greatly appreciated

@RBLX23 If you're the server host, you do. With the default Minecraft files, just logging into a server with these installed will allow you to use it. It doesn't change the way the game runs or anything, everything with this mod is done server-side.

@ManOnDrum the current version of craftbook for bukkit is missing a lot of features. If you can't wait, you can try the FalseBook plugin

@AKGoLdPLaTeD My guess is that this has not yet been added to the bukkit version of craftbook. You will need to wait for them to be added back in. If you can't wait, you can try the FalseBook plugin

@MrGustav99 by default, only admins can make this. But the server admins can make groups that are allowed to make these. This includes allowing everyone to be able to make them. So it's up to the admins on who gets to make them.

@650david650 It's from a plug-in called DeathNotify. There are a few other death message plug-ins out there, some with much more features too like "god" mode. I just wanted a simple one. It's really fun to get messages about other player's deaths. :D

@phiggins94 Not really... You can use the fourth line option to spawn a rider, but that's about it. Things you can try are, wiring multiple spawners to a single switch, or quickly turning it off and on to produce a lot fast. Like hook it up with a clock and a counter [MC3101] to limit the amount.

How do you make the gravel set off the wishing well?

@44CAPSLOCK there is a wooden plate in the well. Wooden plates are able to be activated by items dropping on them. So when the gravel hits the wooden plate in the well, the wooden plate then activates redstone wire. The redstone wire in this case was hooked up to a wireless transmitter [MC1110], so that I could get the item to drop from the sky. :D

@thatoneguyuwihuwere I haven't used iConomy (or similar) with CraftBook, but my guess is that they won't work together unless the creator of CraftBook modifies CraftBook to also use iConomy stuff.

I did see a suggestion in the forums for the ability to charge fees for use of gates and bridges, and the creator did like the idea, so you should try suggesting your idea. I think it's a great suggestion

@pimmivenema the tutorials and the alpha server I play on are my own private server that I usually play alone, but sometimes a couple friends join in. As for other servers, I'm currently server hoping. It's fun seeing what others are building. But of course I need to be on beta for that...
