The point of this level is at the end, you get killed by one of the terrorists since he always knew you were part of the CIA. Thus, when your dead body is found by Russian police, it gives the Russians an excuse to go to war with America.

The point of this level is at the end, you get killed by one of the terrorists since he always knew you were part of the CIA. Thus, when your dead body is found by Russian police, it gives the Russians an excuse to go to war with America.
