I was "attached" by a Rotty when I was younger! Pinned me to the floor and licked my face clean!! All while wagging its tail. I could hear my mom and the dogs owner (her best friend) laughing!! I miss that dog!! :)

I also miss my Rotty mix. Great dog, very loyal and sweet!! RIP Clyde baby girl! You are much missed!!

@Lackari Oui j'ai eu un chien et on le faisait de temps à autre mais quand même! on est loin de lui nettoyer/entretenir les dents tous les jours! donc pour moi ça reste moins hygiénique que pour un humain. D'autant plus qu'entre temps un chien lèche un peu tout et n'importe quoi, entre autre les secrétions d'autres animaux...

Après peut être que tu as raison, que ça a été scientifiquement prouvé mais je reste sceptique là-dessus

@alexs87 First off: It's teach, not learn in that context. Second: the dog is not dominating the baby in any way. When the dog went to lick the baby's face, that was actually submissive behavior. Dog's only lick the faces of those that they see are in a higher position in the pack than themselves.
