  • Ancient pedal, but still has some amazing tones on it. I still use this even though i have Guitar Rig 4. :)

  • i have one..its alright ig but i still think an old digitech rp 100 is better

  • I have 2 of the 505s inline together on our technotronica generator,HA and you thought these were for guitars. And no, the stuff .we have done is not on our channel

  • can you tell me the exact setings for b1 plz

  • @kakachi100 I have one of these that I use mostly on the b1 channel. I set my Blues Junior to clean whenever I use effects pedals.

  • @bluesplecre nice thanks for the comment

  • @clarkesonslooneyleft If I remember well, around five, I have now sold the pedal to go virtual...

  • b1 sounds great

  • @kakachi100 I believe he was playing Gary Moore on that sound :D

  • Good, good, good... Hi, I write from Italy, I'm Fabrizio. I've got Zoom 505, too (ehm, sorry for my english!). I like effect A2 and B3: can you write setting, please? thanks...

  • snipperacoustics where I can patch the settings you used to take these sounds, you have a zoom 505 patch but I put all the bad are more, I would like you to pass me by email or chokitodeath@hotmail.com aki or a site you can find how to put these on my pedal their patches

  • used amp or PC ?

  • @ReSeth4456 You need a pretty expensive used amp to match what comes out of virtual cabs nowadays. Try Guitar Rig 5 or Amplitube 3. I think Guitar rig 5 has slightly more character where Amplitube has more dynamics.

  • @snipperacoustics and this zoom 505 with vision gw15 ?

  • @ReSeth4456 I haven't tried the vision GW15, sorry!

  • i got one of these given to me and it doesn't even work!

  • @khanavor666 Check the battery contacts...

  • how much you pay for it? / quanto pagou?

  • @SchoolUnvalaible I think I paid £20

  • vespaa

  • hello friend would like to know how to program the patch A2, thank you.

  • @redefone1 Can't help with the 505 but I did upload a demo featuring all the parameters for 30 settings for the 5050ii. I prefer the less harsh effects, so they might not appeal to you - but there could be some ideas to try out. Check my channel for demo uploads featuring the 505ii and the Zoom G2Nu. Hope something helps.

  • Can u tell me how to set it ur way coz i need to switch from distorted to clean

  • ey amigo tengo ese mismo pedal aqui en casa pero el primer efecto suena muy mal con mucho bajo... :( tengo que poner mucho treble y middle pero muy poco bajos por que me da un mal sonido muy grave

  • lol i got the same shoe :D

  • DISTORZION ROCKS

  • @RavenVK I plug this pedal to my computer and use AMPLITUBE 3 to mimic an amplifier. If you play straight from the pedal the sound is very fuzzy. The guitar I am using is an Epiphone Les Paul Custom bought on ebay for £150.

  • @snipperacoustics gracias, de verdad tiene un buen sonido, lo conectas por un puerto usb con algún adaptador, o a micrófono de la tarjeta de audio?

  • Dude..at 4.51---Could you tell if that is a zoom 505 patch and if it is what is it's configuration? It would be awesome.Nice demo video and playing. all the best

  • @sun6moon9 Yes, it is a Zoom 505 standard patch, I think it's called auto-wah-wah. I haven't edited that preset so if you can get hold of this pedal it should be one of the factory presets.

  • what do you think is better zoom 505 or digitech rp50? and another question, i'm new into processors so would this pedals make any noise with my guitar (yamaha erg121)?

  • @adologin This is a very basic pedal, when it came out it was great but you can get so much better sounds nowadays with virtual software based effects - even free. Also, bare in mind that I do run the output of the effect through a virtual software amp( Amplitube). If you just use the pedal with headphones it sounds awefull!. You need either a real guitar amp or a virtual one. It's mainly the distortion sounds you need the amp for.

  • @adologin I haven't played the Digitech RP50. Have a listen on youtube for demos and then decide. You really need a guitar amp with these pedals as they don't have cab simulation built in.

  • @snipperacoustics thnx for the help

  • @espitiahh This is similar to Preset A2. Just edit A2, add a bit of chorus and increase the volume on delay. Adjust the feedback time on the delay too and you have a nice lush sound.
