  • I personally think that Insanity would be better instead of 10min trainer. the workouts are mostly only 40min. so if the average person is doing 3 10min trainers a day, wouldn't it be better to do the extra 10min with Insanity?

  • i've done p90x and i got great results would 10 minute trainer help keep in shape afterwards? I'm starting school again and I have job so I might not have the time I had during the summer

  • I cannot wait to watch your next....very educative!!

  • i saw a video and saw that showed the workouts and i saw that in the cardio routine you need to hook the resistance bands and wear a belt.. would there be an alternative if you have nowhere to hook it?

  • this seems perfect for people like myself that don't have an hour every night to workout. i was able to do p90x ( barely) but i just didn't have the time

  • I have ten minute trainer. I'm not over weight but P90X just scares the crap outta me (I'm too weak). I do 2 videos a day, following the chart that comes in the box, and try to eat as healthy as I can (but not following Tony's diet). After two weeks I see a difference. It isn't like OMG! difference because I refuse to change my diet but it proves that it works. I would recommend this to anyone.

  • Hey Dude,

I am a mother of 2 and I still havent lost my baby weight. I have just recently started to change my eating habits and I would like to have lost all of my mommy tummy by Christmas!! Will this actually work for me?? I am very busy, and could only afford less than an hour a day to workout.

  • @wildmixberry Yes it should. You should also try buying a juicer and use the "green machine" recipe. Drinking pure (not processed) juice is a great way to get micro-nutrients into your body and should help you lose weight. 10 days of juicing and working out will show significant results.

  • The hand moving is distracting.

  • just talk dude. also don't move your hands so much very distracting. good message.

  • i wish i could do p90x, but i just dont got the equipment. My familly is extremely unhealthy too, there hasnt been a green vegetable in my house in over a year and my stepfather refuses to buy any, says its rabbit food and its for pussies. all he buys is meat pizzas, steaks, hamburgers, and hotdogs, nothing more. gettin sick of it, i wish i could move out, get a fit lifestyle on the go.

  • DO YOU WANNA PLAY SNAKE ON THIS VID? well then just pause the video and hold the left key and behold you have yourself a game of snake! ITS SO COOL!

  • Pause the kid, hold the left arrow and you can play snake!? ;O

  • bit . ly/jerku

  • 1 question does 10 minute trainer work??

  • The second anyone says, "I'm gonna be honest"...I ALWAYS presume they are lying.

  • You repeated yourself about 32 times

  • 10 Minute Trainer is definitely worth it. I did it for 60 days and I lost 15+ lbs in that amount of time and like 18 inches on me. Definitely try it or check out my videos if you don't believe me. Definitely try it out.

  • I have the 10 minute trainer and it's not as easy as you might think. I'm getting results from using it. I would imagine if I did 20 minutes I would be getting amazing results with it. I'm getting good results as is. I wake up, I do stretches and then I do the 10min trainer with warmup and cool down +4minutes. If I could come home and do the other workout (2 DVD's 2 workouts / DVD: 4 workouts total), I think I would get some pretty great results. 10min trainer with warmup & cool down takes 14m

  • I have allowed myself to get too out of shape. I have P90X and P90 . I think i am going to try the 10 minute one for a little bit lol.

  • This guy is selling.. just be a normal dude and stop the cold selling.

  • There is a certain level of "selling" that cannot be avoided when giving an honest opinion on products you endorse.

But my main goal is not to sell, it is to inform. Believe me, I don't spend hours and hours putting together videos just to be a fake.

Take some time and check out my workout videos and other stuff before calling me fake. I am as normal and real as can be.

  • Fair enough. You sound sincere. Thank you for your reply and I will take a moment to check things out further.

  • @dude04345 I like that you made a video about this program also, I've been watching a lot of your other videos and you do seem like a very genuine coach. Much better than most lol as soon as I graduate Insanity I'll definetly be buying Asylum through you. Anyway do you know how hard 10 minute trainer is? Like could a complete beginner start with it? Because I just bought it today as a mother's day gift.

  • @mid2k If anyone can get anything positive out of it don't drag him down.

  • hey, im not ready for p90x physically ... so what i want to ask is if i do 10 minute trainer for the 30 days ... will i be ready for p90x then?

  • You very well could be. 10 Minute Trainer will combine a lot of stuff together so you can get conditioned. The cool thing is if you get good enough where 10 minutes isn't enough you can always stack workouts and do like 20 minutes or 30 if you wanted to do a final conditioning before you start P90X.

  • Thankyou my friend i have P90x but have a fair few concers, if i pm you could you maybe offer some answers throught your own success?

    Thanks for the upload!

  • Absolutely

  • good info.
