it's definitely painful, but it the adrenaline and the feeling of "defying gravity," per say, make it less painful and make for just a cool experience. I'm not speaking from my own experience, i've never suspended before, but that's what i've been told :P

@Bonersoup183 It is a very intense experiance. It is about the feelings you get from it, people that are not heavy into body modifacation dont get it most of the time and thats fine. It is not just hanging from hooks, when it happens something in your head changes.
