I love the part in which some guy's poster has a picture of the U.S. Constitution which is his banner on anti-tax day.

You may not like to hear this, but the Constitution was built with the intention that Congress, whatever its political make-up, would exercise the power to "lay and collect taxes", and those taxes would be "uniform throughout the states" (as seen in good old 'Article I, Sec. 8').

Support the constitution? Try paying your taxes for your roads, your schools, and your hospitals!

And you don't think the Congress has over stepped it's authority using the Commerce clause within the Constitution to tax things the founding fathers never intended? Obama wants to put national troops on our streets, demand 2 years or more in forced service, and have US citizens pay taxes to the UN directly. George Soros wants to sell drugs we declared illegal, so people can get stoned. Activist courts have declared war on our Constitutional rights. The 9th is the worst in the country.

There is a simple way of settling this for all. First, disolve the IRS and it's complicated and rediculous codes and exemptions. What American can figure out these damned codes from year to year without pricey software or the advice of needless professionals? We should pay a flat tax that applies to all and do away with the class warfare that goes on every election cycle. Nobody should be rewarded or punished for the ammount of money they have/earn. The income tax should be no higher than 10%.

Glad to see the large turnout for this event! I was at the SF Tea Party rally. Some unfortunate elements of this video, however. Making snide comments about the visibly alternative fashion folks is not cool. Looked like some of them had some good points about respecting workers and migrants. And yes, real anarchy would be more peaceful than the status quo of coercive taxation and other

government aggression! The main problem with anarchy is it might be unsustainable if it creates a power vacuum.
