To be fair, i WAS a kid when i *made* this video, i was about 12 or 13. this was about 5 years ago, so yeah. In addition, the version of the game at this time made it difficult to capture castles, so it was a accomplishment. And yes, in my innocence, i probable did think that i was the only person in the world who had a castle.

I had this happen once when I went to rescue one of my faction lords in a prison. I snuck into the castle and broke into the prison, and it turned out the king and another lord was in there with him, and all three of them told me Surrendor or die, make your choice! when I talked to them to free them, lol.

I have the whole map and didnt use one cheat. I did however rename all my Hero's, so that my friends were in game w/me. It becomes to much gold every month to support my soldiers in every castle though.

@RickmanSlickman Yeah, try the Lords and Realms mod, when you start to take over territories for yourself, you can recruit vassals to you, who you can assign a castle/city and they will manage it, but you may have to put troops in the castle before you give it and then they become his responsibiltiy :D

to become king of swadia, you can kill all swadian castles, or stage a uprising. Both are very dificult

i know it taked me a month i dont haved troops that time i had just 1000 men but 57% of them were recruits so it took me too long while training my men so i maked 250 Nord Huscarls,swadian knights and more after that killing all swadian castle one Rhodok Sergeant sent from king Graveth gaved me a letter it was from king graveth so he maked me king of Swadia so i was his vassal.

ok, so if you click "Take the Castle for yourself", the castle is yours right away, but you become a rebel and at war with all the nations.

If you click the other option, wait 3 days and your king will send a message-

he will wither give the castle to you, or give it to another of his vassals.

Dude ur working for ur allys ur king gets the castle a decides who gets it... anyhow u can get ur own castle you just need capture it alone and then send the king a lettar about getting the castle as an reward.. either he gives it 2 u or another lord... you can also just fight on ur own but that sucks cus u get no lords and your kingdom name is rebals wich sucks...

MOunt and blade is very good now. been playing since 8.93 i think. Yea. the startup loader has the cheats enabled thing so u can attack any castle/town that hates you.

Cheat codes:

FUll health-ctrl+h

slo-mo-ctrl+F9

Wound enemy-ctrl+F4

1000exp(in character screen)- ctrl+x

1000denars(in invent. screen)-ctrl+x (yes, it is same as exp cheat)

Disable FOW(on map screen)- ctrl+t

Teleport(on map screen)- ctrl+ click on wanted area to be teleported

other cheats I don't remember.
