  • Love the music ;)

  • Who was co-anchoring with Tritia Toyota?

  • Bob Jimenez.

  • The Music is very good

  • the ugliest news set in the world

  • I heard the same; even Tuck, a pretty high-pitched guy himself, couldn't stand Lippman's style. Absent here are husband-and-wife team of Jim Lampley and Bree Walker, the regular 11 p.m. anchors. Olbermann, who was in his last days at KCBS in mid-late '91, seems unusually serious and restrained here.

  • Olbermann made fun of "Sweating Bullets", mouthing it mockingly, as their mics were turned off.

  • These were the pre-Letterman days on CBS, when "Crimetime after Primetime" ran at 11:35 with a different drama each weeknight. I think "Sweating Bullets" was Monday--but hkfreak already knew that, no doubt. Olbermann was, even then, one of a kind.

  • Oooh...John Lippman, the horror!

  • This I believe was just prior to John Lippman's "Reign of Terror."

  • So cruel and hated was John Lippman by the KCBS people?

  • I once heard that Mike Tuck punched him... not sure if it was true but I think "His Perspective" on Lippman would been a better way to go.

  • John Lippman was also previously the news director of KIRO, another CBS station in Seattle, who he had worked for 13 years before coming to KCBS briefly.
