Our goat just had twins and the little girl had this same problem. We were very concerned but we ensured she was getting her mothers milk and we also gave her a selenium liquid dose from a local farm store. 2 days later she still hasn't caught up to her brother, but is slowly learning to walk and is a bundle of joy. She recovered and had no problems after the splints were removed.
