Well no cos Pixar isn't like all other movie companies. They actually care about making good movies instead of just making money. So they'll only do a sequel if it has a good story. They were thinking about making Monsters Inc 2 but decided not to cos they thought it would ruin the ending of the first one. No other company would do that. They all care about money.

actually , its the other way around . Look at the ratings , cars was more of 4 star movie , WALL-E was a 5 star movie... there will be a chance they may do a sequal because Wall-e was 1 more entertaining , 2 had better ratings , 3 made alote of money , and 4 it has better quality .

Agreed. Even when the credits were rolling they showed the humans basically reviving the earth throughout whatever time. What the heck would the SEQUEL show? Humans messing up again? Some sort of cliché humans vs. robots thing? The first movie was already a big success, and never really showed a hint of any continuation. The ending is usually the hardest part for a movie, but Wall-E had made it beautiful. I say they shouldn't pick it up again. Overdoing an already good movie might ruin it.

You know pixar is pretty good at leaving there movies alone. Save for toy story and cars there not as sequel happy as Disney is. Disney pretty much like to cash in on any thing that will money money. Look what they did with all the classics they popped out sequel/prequels even to some that didn't need it and kinda ruined it.

I agree Wall-E should not get a sequel unless it proves to have as good or even better story.

I completely agree with you!! I don't want a sequel if it's going to spoil the fond feelings I have for a film... And I have really fond feelings for Wall-E!! ^^ It's a truly precious film!! =) If they ever want to do a sequel, I hope they take into consideration that Wall-E sets the bar very high...
