@Jugem16 I have since improved, yes, to just over 1:31:0xx (don't remember exactly, don't have my DS with me). I had played MKDS for about 16 months before I got this - on & off, but a lot of play time for sure. World record is 1:30:2xx, again I don't know the last two digits off the top of my head.

@3boredudes You do need a cheat device, an action replay. Have a look on amazon. This code plays a time trial with the exact button inputs that you used to get the run, hence why it's exactly the same as the ghost.

This is what happens if you sit on your ass all day and play your DS. How long did you work on this?

Not as long as you'd think. I'd played MKDS for about 7 months and had got to a pretty good standard, and then plyed this track one hour a day for 6 days and got it on the 6th. I have a nack for this course, there is no way I could have got WR anywhere else.

Well thanks. It's just because a) chances are, as someone who would know this was a WR when I got it would also know who was in competition and therefore if it got beaten.

The staff ghosts are terrible in this game. About time I have, I've probably played 500-700 hours of MKDS in total which isn't that much when you think that MKDS has been available for around 180000 hours. Please don't make comments about time like I'm some idiot with no life. I enjoy MKDS and as I played it I got better, it's as simple as that.
