My mom is a bit of overweight. I know she doesn't like her body cause she says shes fat. Which I hate when she says that. So I really wanna help her get into working or exercising with me. I have changed the things we eat. Cause we've stopped having Pop And Salt! Plus she said I should really start exercising cause I haven't been sleeping right. I've been up for about 2 days now, But I'ma head out today and Go for a Jog/Walk to the track and do some exercises! ((:

I've spent a year on crutches with a torn up knee. The pain and depression are crushing me. I have surgery to fix it on March 9th. I'm looking at it as a rebirth of body and soul. I agree. We can't be out of balance in one area of life and expect everything else to be peachy. Inside is outside...as above so below...it's all a reflection. Thanks for a great video!

I totally get what you're saying here. Feeling good is as effective as looking good. When you have confidence, you draw people near and command respect. "Attractive" people who know they're attractive and this opens doors for them.
Good vid. Beautifulbrwnbbydol, who lost over 80 lbs. 2 years ago, said something similar a couple of days ago. She said that as she got smaller on the outside, she grew on the inside and, consequently, was able to accomplish some of her life goals.
this video is specific to women who KNOW their weight and body image are holding them back from being visible in the world. my publicist has clients that turn down television opportunities because they feel fat & uncomfortable. i want women to feel amazing no matter what size they are - but it's a fact that we manifest limiting beliefs & self-confidence issues physically. my goal is to help women stop doing that. to get healthy, lose weight and live in spiritual, emotional & financial abundance
@ErinHuggins Not just women, A LOT of GUYS feel like that too... I know a lot of dudes who have opportunities with many different things but don't do them because of self esteem issues due to weight or height or superficial stuff that doesn't matter!

I'm not happy with my body and i see that I need to improve, but people keep telling me I'm fine the way I am.
It angers me when people cannot accept the fact that I'm dieting for my health and happiness.
