hows the speed of the fw800? since its using a 5400rpm, is it slower then a 7200 rpm drive?, how much faster is it then the usb 2.0

thanks so much for this timely video. I am in need of a similar item for my macbook pro. I was considering Apple's time machine but this may suit my limited needs better. It was esp. helpfull to see what was 'in the box'. Interested in all things (reviews, out of box, other) Apple.

wow, I just got the 500GB came with one mini USB for power and data. cool vid though, it is a beautiful product. 1,000,000,000,000 bytes are just around the corner. No more moving part, will be a grand day.

nice vid..haven't really reviewed anything myself but would like to...i'm gonna get the 250g for myself since i'm getting a mini 1000 for christmas from my g/f..i'm defenitely doing an unboxing/review of that. i'm like you, i have a ton of gadgets that i have no video reviews on lol. now that i'm not working again, i figure why not do a bunch of videos!! you should do a video on your home pc set up..i'm not really a mac user but it's cool to see what others use
