  • Should the head really by hyper extended THAT much each repetition? I've seen guys at Westside extend their head back a little bit, but that just looks painful for the neck.

  • Same question. Don't really think it is necessary, nor completely safe, to extend the neck to such an extreme degree.

  • this thing is nice, great to do after squats, no more back pain, gets your posterior chain stronger, best piece of equipment i have bought

  • what works best to build glutes,hyperextentions or reverse hyperextensions?

  • Awesome to see a woman doing these. Looks to me like you could go a little heavier on them. Even on sets that I consider "light" it takes me a couple good pre-swings before I hit my full ROM stride.
