Should the head really by hyper extended THAT much each repetition? I've seen guys at Westside extend their head back a little bit, but that just looks painful for the neck.
Awesome to see a woman doing these. Looks to me like you could go a little heavier on them. Even on sets that I consider "light" it takes me a couple good pre-swings before I hit my full ROM stride.

Same question. Don't really think it is necessary, nor completely safe, to extend the neck to such an extreme degree.
