Are you aware that there are people in this world that have a severe medical condition which causes them to be that way? My mother for instance is one of those people. She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either. Oh well I am not one of those people I am 6'4" 245lbs and I exercise every day. I would love to see you say something like to my mother in front of me.

Simple truth, if you take in more calories than you burn off, you're going to put on weight...it's obviously entirely the fault of the person eating, but at the same time it can depend on the situation, ie eating food as comfort. I do feel sympathy for people who do so, If they want the help then that's a great step!

It's not genetics. You need to consume calories to gain body fat, period. If you don't over-eat and you exercise you can't become obese. The guy that made this commercial, the spokesman for Anti-Gym, is pretty damned intelligent. Just because someone has muscles and isn't a lardass does not mean he's on steroids.

i think this is hilarious and great as it is a wake up call for all fat people. being fat is pretty much a life choice- any fat person can eat healthy and lose weight, and dont even tell me you are oppressed when it is your fault you are obese. The anti gym is a graet motivation for fat people who dont want to go to a regular gym where they will stand out. Do it for your health and confidence, i guarantee fat people who have seen results from this gym love it by the end.
