  • this is really motivating, im 18 years old and iv always wanted to learn how to sew, and design my own clothes..but i didnt know what kind of career oppurtunities there was in sewing, i realize now it dosent matter cos its what i would love to do :)

  • I would absolutely love this! I just started my own little clothing line and would love a place like that to go to!

  • Awesome! I could so take this idea and rock it out! I would love to see some episodes on refashioned clothes for the office for both men and women.

  • omq i wish i lived iin san fran so i can take classes

  • OMG! i love the stencil! can i have a patern for one?

  • I wouldn´t do this with the saftey pins :/ they CAN open and if you bump into something the needle will stab you...and I wouldn´t want a saftey pin in my cervical spine ôO

okok I know this is a bit extreme but thats just the way my brain works XD it´s aaalll about fantasy XD

  • Yeah, there is risks with it obviously, but you can pin it so the needle faces outside, so if it does open, it wouldn't really hurt you if you bump into something...it'd just feel weird. XD

  • *are, sorry for the stupid grammatical error. I just woke up. ^^;

  • OMG haha I just watch this again...haha ah, good old times...maybe I should submit another tutorial? haha

  • good job friend! this made me proud of you! totally! <3

  • Duuuuuuuuuuuudes!! I just had a brain fart (inspirational burst)!! If I took that cool lacy neck thing that corrinne made in one of the latest episodes and put it around the rim of the blazer collar, that would be totally hot!! This is what i get for watching throwbacks. . .

and please guys. . . take the hint!! do another janome contest!!

  • So i stumbled upon your channel when the V-day vid was featured. I just want to say thank you thank you thank you! • karlo rocks!!!

  • omg! he's filipino?! go pinoy! ;)

  • hey what kind of spray paint should i use on t-shirts?.. acrylic?or sumthing else? help please!!!

  • One other thing to do is get a little spray bottle, probably from windex or something. mix some acrylic paint with water, and spray it onto a shirt. Its easier then spray paint!

  • if you go to joanns they have spray-on fabric paint

  • I ~heart~ this idea!!! I want a stich lounge.

  • 0 my g0d that was incredible im gonna do that for a present to my bro!!

  • AAHh! I have that book!! I need the other one now....

    :)

  • i recycle clothes all the time, its the cheapest way. Although it is nice to work with fresh fabric

  • Awesome as always! and a special punch added in with Pinoy, yay threadbangers!

  • I would be in heaven at this place!!!! I've never heard of such a thing. I spend my days at the sewing machine anyway!

  • 8D YAY for Pinoy!!! But NAY for safety pins!!! DX But the blazer hoodie is simply beautiful! I should try that soon... Threadbanger rocks!!!

  • saftypin sewing, ah my youth

  • Karlo is like the cutest guy ever!

    Karlo kiss me!

  • LOL! "i think i impressed myself again" loll

  • Melissa marry me!!

  • ha for all of you questioning the safety pins, yes i was lazy, n it was on the spot. Nothing wrong wit that lol

  • The guys at school have to wear blazers a few times a week and they like to push the teachers buttons about it. I wonder how they would like this...

  • One never quite knows what new ideas they will find in here! It's a great and fun adventure and I appreciate you sharing all of this with the rest of us!

  • Looked pretty good! I agree though, the hood could have used some help!

  • Getting a hood that was big enough would make it look alot better aswell as sewing it on instead of pinning it like that(otherwise it looks punkish). Also Getting it the same color would also make a big difference because that one was like white whereas the blazer was more cream. Lastly applying the stencil (wich i liked ALOT!) to both shoulders gave it more of a western feel. I would have put it on the bottom left of the shirt and in a different color such as a green or red. Great Job

  • It looked like there wasn't enough fabric for the hoodie because when he put the hood up, the blazer raise up off his shoulders.

  • I really liked that collared shirt thing in that book. Very cool and unique. And that blazer hoodie looks so fun to make and really easy too! Great idea.

  • so wen u sue spray paint on anything u never wash it or can u? or is it ok to wash it? will the paint melt off if u wash it and turn the water the color of ur stencil? i would be vary grateful if someone answerd my questions

  • you can wash in cold water. I make t shirts with my own designs, I wash them each time I wear them.

  • so the stencil wont come off the shirt?

  • I don't have a problem with it. I've washed my t more than a dozen times and it's still crisp and clear.

  • alright thank u

  • Good idea, but questionable execution. Pinning just looks lazy.

  • yeah i'd sew the hood on + id only put the stencil on one shoulder. kwl vid, like usual

  • Totally need one of these around here.

  • Aw, I was just in San Francisco. Too bad I didn't know about this then.

  • sweet blazer hoodie... i'd prefer sewing the hood on though...

  • Not big on the whole safety pin thing, my entire school uses safety pins to achieve that ever-so-quested after punk look haha.

  • YAY PINOY !!! XD

  • Safety pins? Ew, thats so tacky.

    I would rather sew

  • why is the quality so bad

  • yeah I have to go with Rob's choice for favorite shirt.

  • PINOY! WHEE!

  • gogogo Pinoy!!!! MAbuhay tayong lahat!!

  • ^_^

  • nice blazer xD

  • Great topics, great tutorial from PinoyBlaze!

  • thanks! i was hoping you guys enjoyed it!
