Hey if you could please help, ive never done pc gaming but im looking to get into it, and im trying to find a good computer that can handle call of duty, battlefield and those sorts of games, is this a good build for that?
@maverick19958 - The games you mention were released a few years back, so were in production on far inferior spec pc's 3-5 years ago. The only things to note about the specs you posted are the i3 cpu and 512mb graphics card. A better cpu such as an i5+ and 1gb gfx would last you longer and wouldn't cost much more to add to the pc specs you posted. But overall, yes, the pc specs you posted will run these older type of games at high settings with no problems.

@AKoRAce - good for you bro' :) This pc is very powerful and makes mincemeat of Crysis as well. I play that at 1280x1084 on 'high' settings, but is totally playable on ultra settings.. it just lowers the fps a touch and isn't essential, as high settings looks unbelievable. 8xAA is possible with no fps issues on high settings. Fps is high on Crysis, with no problems whatsoever. Make sure you don't load the new pc with programs like Norton or Mcafee and stick to Avgfree :)
@MrDenizen Do you have left 4 dead or css or half life 2 type of games?? i would be interested in a gameplay video of that sort if you dont mind. and thanks for the advice, also what is bad about norton and mcafee besides the outragous price??
@MrDenizen thanks for upload. im gonna get this soon. so you say this can comfortably handle games like battlefield etc on it? i wouldnt need to add/change anything when i get it?
@truespur - hey bro, are you getting one with the same specs? If so, then it'll run anything just fine at high settings. My screen resolution is not too high, as I only have a 20" monitor, but I think I run things at 1680x1050 mostly. If you can upgrade the cpu and gfx then you'll have a belter of a machine, but as it is, it's just fine.
