i liked it alot. just the song alone, when its slowed down, is much different and has a much different mood. but the way you did this, made it a lot different, and i really liked it. good job. it also doesnt look sloppily homeade, it looks good.
I can see what you were trying to do but sorry I don't think it works. The slower vrsion with the dramatic pauses (especailly before "last words") is so much more powerful. Good effort though

I really don't know where it came from, I believe it was a hidden track from a japanese version of Lost Dogs but some people say it's not... I have it cause my brother got it long ago. :(
