You can tell they were still working out the kinks. They got rid of the furry boots and the didnt spray the hair like in the debut. They def improved the face paint design and Smash perfected his half of the decapitation. Sprinkle in Fuji and the theme and you have one of the greatest tag teams in WWF history. Great Vid, thanks

@jwernhol They debuted in January of 1987, at that time the feuds were built for months, most singles or tag teams had 1-2 real feuds a year. Demolition didn't have time to build any feud, as they were brand new.

darsow had short hair still from just finishing up as a "russian" in the NWA, so he still looked like Culley in this match. Culley was shorter than Darsow and that was my first give away when i saw this. This is Darsow even though it dont look like him cause he ends up having a mullet before too long and losing some weight.

Very good move here! At this point if you did not follow closely which none of us did you can see that Darsow does not look a whole lot different than Culley because Darsows hair has not grown in yet! It was not until later that I realized the Team Looked different for some reason!
