  • when you do em try to move further and harder i'm doing insanity too and i've always been a hard fighter with doing karate since i was 10 n now 22 doing it still, workin out at the gym, n running 5 miles 3-4 times a week. i see you have the potential just force yourself to move hard trust me it'll all pay off!!

  • That is some great results for 30 days. I had just finished my 90 days of P90X a week and 1/2 ago and I have lost 82 lbs since back in March when I first had started and ten quit. But recommitted again and pushed through it back in Sept. Now I am just finishing up my first week of Insanity and I love it. Congrats to you

  • WOW! Amazing 30 day results. I am not Asian but I do consume alot of Asian meals and my tummy looks JUST like your day 1 pic! I am starting the program today and I can only pray it works as well for me. The back fat included...its sooo not attractive! Thanks for the inspiration!

  • Dang girl! This is only day 30 and ur looking great! Good job!!!! I was doing insanity but college stuff got in the way for 2 weeks :( i saw results too but im getting back on it tomorrow. Can't lag any longer. But great job!!!! keep up the good work and i bet you will look amazing by the end of the second month!

  • @saraleww Thank you, Yes i am going to continue this program I actually only have 3 days left! So ill be posting my results on my other youtube channel which is getfitwtihliza. My eating routine is that i eat every 2-3 hours and snack in between. it consists of a shakeology in the morning after my workouts, then throughout the day i would probably making something healthy and i eat a lot of veges now.

  • i am really proud of you! im trying to get in shape too, ive been doing the jillian michaels 30 day shred, (im on day 20), but i think i may give this a try. what exactly is it that you have? could you tell me what its called, so i can order it. thanks so much. oh, did you change your eating habits too, to get those results, or did you just do the workouts?

  • @purplenina125 Yes I had to change my eating habits a bit. I stop buying fast food and tried substituting white rice for brown rice and bought a lot of non fat low fat foods ;)
