it looks like a slip knot to me..thats why they are in the bag so he can hold on the knots and pull the knot apart easily. The person doesn't know it's a slip knot, and the person won't really pull as hard which will untie the knot.

the knot is a special knot. you can pull it and it can untie it. all of them had know and he pulled them.
