you really have to watch out as a backpacker, bceause there are alot of people that are looking for you to exploit, even corrupt police.

would love to know how much you spent in 2 months mate? Feels like I have sat in my room for 2 years, I am 21 now with an entire world out there for me to absorb and experiance, so sick and depressed of my small Scottish town and the way everyone knows each other and all the fights that happen outside the pub every fucking weekend. 2 or 3 months in Thailand is all I keep dreaming about, I just need cash :( its only thing that stands in my way.

@princep1984 : I ve been there now 4 times backpacking. It all depends what you want to do ofcourse. But I spent around 350 euros a month (including diving)
