Given the curve of the whistle, I'm guessing this came from a "spool" of what we in the USA call PEX pipe. What I don't recognize is the yellow pipe you're using to join the mouthpiece to the "chanter". I'd guess that the gentle curve of the pipe might feel pretty good on the hands, looks slightly more ergonomic than a straight pipe would be.

awesome! My wife has a PVC low whistle and I cant for the life of me figure out the notes on that thing.
