@Demon1000ful You are ten times more likely to become at least moderately successful in a writing career compared to a music career. It's not incredibly difficult to have your books sold in stores all across the country, or even across the world. It is incredibly hard to get your music sold in music and electronic stores all across the country.

In order to do that you need to get signed with a record company, and chances are, that won't happen for a good couple years. Most famous bands these days weren't even known until five or so years after they started.
You can do that with books in about three years, or even less.
The mattress thing was a joke, but it is going to happen on a suspension bridge. I kinda want it to be that there are cars backed up on the bridge which cause the bridge to collapse and kill a lot of people. If they do that then it won't be a car crash and it can still be original. There have already been 2 car crashes and I know we can do more than a car crash to get people killed.

@Boltothemage I understand. I've heard that it's going to be done seriously this time. The fourth one was really bad and some of the acting was shit. I hope they do a better job with this one and have some pretty realistic deaths like from FD1 and FD3.

I was unaware there was going to be a FD5, 3D, it seems like they are going to cash in on that as well.
Changing the rules somewhat might be pretty entertaining, or maybe for once, try to focus on plot development instead of bad acted cliches....
