I'm not sure why that happens. But you need admin privileges to install and start the disk. Then the setting like fat32 or fat needs to be checked. So that it loads or you'll have to format it manually from disk manager. After it starts you should be able to save it.
Sorry for waiting so long. You can first start the app up. start it with a fat32 format. After it's started you can save it. But the image has to mount all the way and start. Then you can set it up to start automatically.
I'm not sure what your asking. Try rephrasing the question so I can understand it a little better. But u download the software from dataram. Just Google ramdisk download and dataram should come up. Then when loaded the RAMDisk will show up as another hard drive. You go to my computer and local disk what every. or the label you put.

ive watched so many tutorials on this and no matter what every time i click save Disk image now or start Ram Disk nothing happens ): help please
