  • Just to confirm, BallerinaBabe288 is me haha. It's my other account. But I will put our octopus blog in the down bar for you guys who want to check it out!

  • Did you guys write this up? I'd like to read the results of this and (presumably) related experiments.

Also, there's a lot more going on than just the paper changing color - for example, moving the tank probably makes lots of currents in the water, not to mention that the octopus is probably aware of you hovering over it.

  • @emorgasm We were just in high school when we did this project so it's pretty basic haha We didn't go too in depth but I can leave a link to our blog if you want to check out our project in its entirety. But you're totally right, those things you mentioned definitely effect our results. Btw I know this reply is from a different username but its the same person as octoblog haha

  • This is an awesome vid, thank you for sharing it! wish to know what go on their mind, do you have like a record of the kind of responses they had?. were they similar as the "human" response to colors?? Thanks again! keep up! will be posted!

  • @dianagproyecta07 Thank you! (I'm the same person as octoblog, just different account) But me too, I would love to know what they were thinking. This project was done about a year ago so I don't have a record but you can check out our blog and read about our results. I will link it. My friend and I did this project in high school so it's pretty basic but idk a lot about it, we didn't go too in depth.
