hey liam, i always have trouble with the fucking G string, no matter what i can never tune it up to an A, any specific gauge of string you use to help you able to tune higher on acoutic??

I use 11s or 12 s I think. Cant really remember. It is easier to tune up with a lighter string though. Would be very hard with 13s. You could try tuning down. So instead of tuning up to A tune others down around G. As a rule should always tune down as puts lets tension on string. Hope this helps man
