Seems you're unaware the government controls credit and the money supply through the Federal Reserve. Yes, there are privatedly owned banks, but they don't operate in a free market environment, since the Fed can print billions to loan to them. Herman Cain did state he supported the bailouts, but not the way they were done. Well, Ron Paul doesn't support the bailouts at all without any copouts about the way they were "done". Bailouts and the Fed are the problem and Cain supported both.
