Right after the Elimination Chamber PPV in which both World titles were in one brand, I went to a House Show and one of the matches was Umaga and Edge vs. Jeff Hardy and Undertaker. It was before weeks before wrestlemania. Months later, I see him get released. I was really disappointed, he wasn't my favorite wrestler in smackdown but he was in my top 5. And then, even later, I find out that he died. That's one of the saddest things that happened in 2009.

@01ManUp yes eddie used drugs but that was few years b4 he died...at the time WWF released him in 2001 because of drugs and during that time eddie repented over it and made WWE realized that he was full clean since 2002 when he came back but unfortunately years of abuse cause him to have an enlarged heart ultimately his death.WWE made a tribute cause he was their active top wrestler and contributed so much to this business likewise the WWE.

They do for everybody else, they even did it for Chris Benoit and he killed his family and himself due to drug over doses and junk.
