'Subdued' describes K' accurately, hence the one we actually got in '99. I mean, K' doesn't even like fighting and he's not a very active person(why he's not good at any sports). Even with NESTS destroyed, he's still being chased to the end of the world, all because he's got Kyo's flames and it pisses him off.

Not saying this arrangement ain't good because it is, musically. Even better than any piece of shit Capcom churned out in the last decade. KOF99 AST just fits him more.
