You need to make your mind up: brake, accelerate or coast (neither brake nor accelerate).  You shouldn't be braking and accelerating. ;)

Nice one, I've got silver but can't get bronze so I'm gonna try n copy your line again. Have you seen some ppl do this in under 126... that's crazy. Oh and do you use a controller or steering wheel?

This one took quite a few attempts, so practice, practice, practice & work out your time splits: if you're not within a second of a time split you are probably not going to do any better.

The console is hooked into the video recorder - the video recorder has two outputs: one to the TV & the other to my PC which does these recordings.
