Although I am Lebanese, I do have family in Libya and we grew to such great Libyan singers like Hamid El Sha3ery, Nasser Misdawi, and of course Ahmed Fakroun!!! Its good to hear someone from another country sing about our homeland that has been through a lot at that time!!!

This is the first time I hear this song if I am not mistaken. Once again what a great singer Fakroun is.

It greatly expresses what all we want to say about Lebanon and what happened to this beautiful country.

Well done for this wonderful & successful choice.

This song is part of his album "shware3 almadina" he produced it in Londen 1982 . Ahmed fakroun traveled to Lebanon on 1977 to make a new team but the war started, he returned back to libya then to italy where he signed with the number one italian music company 'Casa Ricordi' he was the first arab singer who produced albums with European company.
