  • Oh god, I was listening to this brilliant Peter & Gordon playlist and an advert for something called "Rizzle Kicks" came on or something. Can I not listen to proper music in peace?

  • great job!

  • I grew up singing this song in guitar. I thought the original artists were Simon and Garfunkel.

  • @ssparrow331 Is Simon and Garfunkle the original artists? They were during the early 70's. Peter and Gordon were artists of the 60's. Who is the original artists of this song?

  • @brotherjohn25

yeah, it's a simon garfunkel song, and no, they weren't artists of the 70s, they broke up in 71, their first album came out in 64, their biggest hit sound of silence came out in 65, also their biggest hits otherwiese from the late 60s, like brodge over troubled water.

  • @OropherThranduil Hey hey hey. I saw in your profile you're only 21 years old. It seems you know a lot about music of the 60's and 70's. Go kiddo, nice job!

  • Aside from their harmony (which was fantastic as always!), I'm intrigued by the combination of a six-string folk and a Fender Telecaster. Two dissimilar instruments harmonizing as well. Too bad the world had become jaded and had left them by. Still, it brings back some great memories. Great post--thanks!!
