@fezmovies This show has been out since 2005. Season 6 finished up in December. They show the show every Monday on comedy central though. Until season 7 then its exclusively on FX till that season is over. So on and so on.

@fezmovies They've put it on the back burner for now. If you watch their episode at the Paley Center (available on iTunes), they say that making Sunny is a year-round job, and that they don't have the time. They're concerned that if they did try to put out the new show, there would be less time for Sunny, which would diminish it's quality. In the Paley Center video they mention that they're developing a show with two of their writers.
