We use Puppy training pads (like big nappies that go on the floor!) and also Puppy training spray, you spray the pad, and then place your puppy on the pad so they sniff it, then praise them when they have sniffed the scent, it helps them to know where to urinate/go potty. Then every time they start to spin around for a poop or wee we just move our puppy onto the pad! Our puppy is 10 weeks old currently, and at 8 weeks he already knew to pee on the training pads. :]

@ascntmugvg once a dog starts pooping you cant really get it to stop, if he had gone and picked Otis up and moved him he would've just ended up with a mess. Trust me, I learnt the hard way -_-

There's a GREAT THREAD on mycorgi.com on how to successfully potty train and you have to be diligent! He's sooo cute, but if he becomes a dog that can't be housetrained, he won't be as cute anymore. They are SUPER stubborn dogs - be firm and fast with the housebreaking.
