Apple products are all overpriced for the equipment in them, Apple had just got the patent on touchscreen technology which they did not fucking invent (lawsuits inbound), Steve Jobs is not the end all be all of the computer industry, quit calling computer programs "apps" just because the iPhone brands them that way, and there are much better mp3 players out there other than the iPod.

the word PRINT is the program. here's another example

SAVE "SIMPLEAPP"

INPUT, IF,THEN, GOTO, PRINT, & SAVE are programs. SIMPLEAPP is the APPLICATION containing the PROGRAMS.

@prezadent1 - you could call them "commands", that's essentially what they are. even the programming guides i studying in 1988 sometimes referred to them as commands. however, the 100% correct technical term for them is "program", and has been since the first programming language was invented. "Applications" are a group of programs, renamed to "executables" in DOS and windows. Decades of people calling them the wrong thing doesn't make it right.

I imagine there are two different sides to Steve Jobs: Personal Steve and Work Steve. I would not be surprised if Personal Steve is a very friendly and caring person.

Work Steve gets right down to business. It's not his job to be nice; it's his job to decisively lead his team to make the best products possible. Period. Most teams are built with a personal chemistry to be polite, but "polite teams get polite results."

Read the book Virtuoso Teams by Boynton and Fischer. It's about exactly this.

my relative is not lying & i have seen that interview. in the interview Bill gates even talks about using PowerMac G5's in the xbox 360's production as they have the same RISC powerPC processor. Steve Ballmer also uses a MacBook Pro in his Microsoft presentations. Which runs MS office Mac. There is also a video on youtube of the Microsoft campus with alot of iMac G4's.
