As you may know, Roshi didn't destroy the moon. You can see it later in DBZ when little Gohan turns into oozaru, then Piccolo destroys it. Goku can survive a planet explosion alone, but with a spaceship (remember Namek?) He can't even breath in space like Supes.

Well, if you take characters feats from a certain canon, using only canon events and eliminating any filler (such as events and information Toei made up without input from Toriyama), and also eliminate one-time never used again feats You can put up a fairly good representation of their full abilities.
With strength that far surpasses Goku, and pure faster-than-light speed and reflexes demonstrated several times, and ridiculous amounts of invulnerability + other powers... Superman wins to me.

You need a power level of of atleast 420 to destroy a planet.
Think of it like this, Master Roshi destroyed the moon with a power level of 140 (Info from manga of DB).
Moon is 1/3 the size of earth,do your maths then this means a power level of 420 can destroy a planet right?
Btw Goku can survive planet explosions, Freeza survived a planet explode with a power level below 1 million.

Pre-Crisis Superman would have no trouble with DBZ characters. That's the character that more closely matches your description (actually, he's way way way more powerful but...)

Well, if you take characters feats from a certain canon, using only canon events and eliminating any filler (such as events and information Toei made up without input from Toriyama), and also eliminate one-time never used again feats You can put up a fairly good representation of their full abilities.
With strength that far surpasses Goku, and pure faster-than-light speed and reflexes demonstrated several times, and ridiculous amounts of invulnerability + other powers... Superman wins to me.
